From the International to the Transnational: the Pandemic Crisis as a Case Study Research

In order to update the notion of international crisis, the research will take the case of the pandemic as a privileged observation point. This specific focus will make it possible to verify the level of interaction between established (the law of armed conflicts, international trade and investment law, migration and refugee law, environmental law, human rights, etc.) and emerging (international disaster law or international health law) fragments of discipline, and to assess their implications in the perspective of a different and more mature theorisation of transnational crisis.
