Financialization and the 2007-2008 Economic Crisis

The WP3 enquires the causes of the 2007-2008 crisis with particular regard to the effects of the financialisation process affecting the corporate and banking sectors. It will firstly be carry out a critical review and synthesis of the literature on the general topic of this crisis. Subsequently, it will be collected and commented data on the phenomenon with specific regard to Italy. Finally, two seminars will be organised on the general topic and on the specific case.
